The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase of all gift boxes from the Premier gift Boxes Ltd website. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You are advised to read the following terms and conditions of supply prior to placing your order.
On placing an order with Premier Gift Boxes, via the website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.
Your order will be accepted providing that the gift box and its contents are in stock and your credit/debit card is approved for payment by your card provider. Your offer of contract will only become binding once Premier Gift Boxes Ltd have confirmed acceptance of your order by E-mail.
We reserve the right to substitute certain products not available, for whatever reason, for goods of similar or higher value without prior notification.
We can take telephone orders Mon-Fri (09.00-17.00) for which these terms and conditions will apply and the acceptance of the contract will be required to be E-mailed or posted to the card holder.
All prices advertised on the website are in Pounds Sterling. All orders processed, including overseas orders will be charged in Pounds Sterling.
Boxes containing alcohol cannot under any circumstances be sold to persons under the age of eighteen.
Boxes containing alcohol cannot be sent overseas, such orders will be declined.
On reaching the checkout page you will be instructed to “confirm” your order. By doing so you are entering into a formal contract with Premier Gift Boxes for us to supply the goods or services in full. In the event that Premier Gift Boxes incorrectly fulfill your order you are entitled to a full refund, or the resupply of the correct goods. The incorrectly supplied goods will be arranged to be collected by Premier Gift Boxes, at a mutually agreed time and entirely at our cost.
Payment for the goods and services will be made by selecting the “Submit Payment” button on our checkout page. By selecting this button, you are instructing us to charge payment to the credit/debit card for the amount indicated as “Total” on the checkout page. You are also confirming that you are the card holder and that the address details you have provided are correct, and that you have sufficient funds available to complete the transaction. You will also be confirming that the delivery address and consignee details are correct.
The payment gateway is provided by PayPal who provide a secure link for your transaction, and only PayPal hold your card details.
Premier Gift Boxes are not responsible for the operation of this secure link and therefore, unless the company has acted negligently, we cannot be held responsible for any loss that may be incurred by a third party obtaining information or details that are held on the secure site. We will endeavor to protect all information and have in place all reasonable safe guards to protect you and the information and details provided
You have the right to cancel your order, and will be required to contact us by telephone or in writing stating your intention to cancel the order. All monies will be refunded to you, if however the order has been dispatched, a refund will only be made on return of the goods in original condition with all packaging intact. If Premier Gift Boxes Ltd is required to recover the goods from the recipient, this will be carried out within 14 days and a charge will be incurred and deducted from the monies refunded to you.
Delivery will be made to the address that you have provided on the order instruction, and will be delivered by courier who will require a signature on delivery. If the delivery address should be determined to be incorrect we will re deliver to the correct address but will charge re delivery and a handling fee.
Delivery will normally be within 3 working days, if for any reason the delivery has not been received within this time frame we must be informed by E-mail or telephone in order that the consignment can be tracked. The delivery timescales quoted are indicative only. Premier Gift Boxes cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by factors outside of our control.
If for any reason you wish to return the products for a full refund you will need to contact us by phone E-mail or Post explaining why you wish to return the goods and confirming that the goods are in good order, unopened and in the original packaging. If returned within 14 days of delivery, we will provide a full refund. When returning goods we advise obtaining proof of postage as Premier Gift Boxes cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. If in the event the goods are delivered to you damaged or faulty, the box will be replaced for the same type or similar or as required, the faulty component will be replaced like for like if possible, or substituted for a product of similar specification and to the same or higher value.
From time to time we may experience out of stock situations on some items in which case we will contact you to discuss alternatives or advice as to when the order can be fulfilled.
We do not guarantee that our site is secure or free from viruses of any kind that may have detrimental effects in use. We do not accept any liability, for any in direct or consequential loss arising from use of the website such as loss of profits, business disruption, or neither claims of any kind, nor damages of any kind that arises from the use of the products supplied. All our products meet with the appropriate British Standard, and health and safety regulations for the United Kingdom. It is the user’s responsibility to check the ingredients of all products to ensure that they are suitable for the users’ particular circumstances.
The website is protected by the copyright laws of the UK and is provided solely for the purposes outlined in our terms and conditions. All photographic images are the property of Premier Gift Boxes and cannot be copied or reproduced in any way without the express permission of the company. You should be aware that disclosure, copying, amending in anyway, forwarding, selling information, taking action on information or re-creating content from the website, is prohibitive and in the case of breach of copyright, unlawful.
